Indicates the recipient of the initial comprehensive medication review (CMR) offer

| 99 | Other authorized individual |
| Null/missing | beneficiary did not receive a CMR |
If the beneficiary received a CMR offer, then the recipient of the CMR offer is required. If the beneficiary received more than 1 CMR offer, report the recipient of the initial CMR offer.
