The date that an encounter record was created on the CMS Encounter Data Processing System (EDPS) database.

Comments

The CLM_RCPT_DT is derived from the claim control number created by the CMS Encounter Data System, and it will typically be equal to or less than the EDPS_CREATN_DT.
